Terms of Use

Effective: 2026 · Last updated: 11 August 2026

By using PrepSim, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and eligibility

PrepSim provides free mock tests, scoring and study explanations. You must be at least 14. A user who cannot independently agree to online-service terms where they live must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, use bots, scrape or overload the service, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with other users, or use PrepSim unlawfully. Do not resell, republish or systematically reproduce the question bank or explanations. Accounts may be limited or suspended for misuse.

Content and accuracy

The bank combines material compiled from publicly available sources with AI-generated content. AI questions and explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Scores are unofficial, do not predict admission or qualification, and are not professional advice. Exam patterns, eligibility rules and dates can change; official exam-body information takes priority.

PrepSim is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NTA, UPSC, UGC or any other exam authority. Names and marks belonging to others remain their property.

Your account and rankings

You are responsible for keeping your PIN private. Use a nickname and do not impersonate another person. Nicknames and best scores are public in rankings by default, but ranking visibility can be switched off.

Availability and liability

The service and its features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrepSim is provided “as is” without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Reports and changes

Report a copyright concern, inaccurate question or other problem through the contact page or at mail [at] aynadhillon [dot] com; include enough detail to locate the material. Valid reports may lead to correction or removal. These terms may be updated as the service develops; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
