What this paper looks like
BITSAT is a speed exam more than a difficulty exam — the questions are rarely brutal, but the clock is. This practice set covers the full real paper: 130 compulsory questions across all five sections, at the real +3/−1 marking, with the real one-way bonus round once you've answered every question.
| Questions | 130 compulsory + up to 12 bonus |
|---|---|
| Subjects | Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency, Logical Reasoning |
| Marking | +3 correct, −1 incorrect, throughout |
| Duration | 3 hours (bonus round included, no extra time) |
Answer all 130 questions without skipping and you can opt into 12 one-way bonus questions (3 each in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning) for extra marks, within the same 3 hours — once started, the original 130 can no longer be changed, matching the real exam. Logical Reasoning here is verbal reasoning only (series, analogy, classification, coding-decoding, blood relations, direction sense, syllogisms); BITSAT's real Logical Reasoning section also includes figural/non-verbal reasoning (pattern perception, figure matrix, paper cutting) that needs image content this bank doesn't have, so it isn't reproduced.

Questions candidates ask
Does this cover the full BITSAT paper?
Yes — all 130 compulsory questions across Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning, plus the real one-way bonus round.
What is BITSAT's marking scheme?
+3 for a correct answer and −1 for an incorrect one, applied uniformly across all 130 questions and the bonus round.
How does the bonus round work here?
Exactly like the real exam: once you've answered all 130 questions, you can opt into 12 more (3 Physics, 3 Chemistry, 3 Mathematics, 3 Logical Reasoning) for extra marks. It's one-way — you can't go back and change the original 130 once you start the bonus round — and it has to fit inside the same 3-hour window.
Is the Logical Reasoning section identical to the real one?
Only the verbal half. Real BITSAT Logical Reasoning also tests figural/non-verbal reasoning (figure matrix, paper cutting, pattern perception), which needs diagram-based content this question bank doesn't have yet.
Does this include the B.Pharm Biology stream?
No. This paper currently follows the PCM route used by B.E. candidates; a separate Biology paper is not yet available.
